The resort we are going to be staying at is the Iberostar Laguna Azul in Varedaro, Cuba. This is a 4 ½ Star All inclusive Resort.

October 18-25, 2012. (8 days, 7 nights). Leaving from Toronto International Airport.
Wedding date: October 22, 2012

Costs

Trip Deposit: $250 – Due January 15, 2011
(if you are opting for insurance through Marlin Travel, it is due at time of deposit)
Single Occupancy: $1,366.16 (all-inclusive)*
Double Occupancy: $1,116.16 (all-inclusive)*
What this includes: Return flight from Toronto to Varadero, food, all drinks, hotel, resort extras** and taxes

Full amounts must be paid before April 16, 2012

Please, note that you need a passport before you pay the full amount for the trip. And for anyone who is interested in looking into making sure their vaccines are up-to-date, please visit: http://www.phac-aspc.gc.ca/im/travelvaccines-eng.php

* Price does not include insurance. You don’t have to get insurance through Marlin Travel, but you do have get medical insurance, as per Cuban law. If you are covered through another agency please check with the travel agent for the proper paperwork you will need to bring to Cuba.
